Note: If you are having problems with games not appearing in MirageOS, try this: Press 2nd, +, 2, Alpha, Apps, go to MirageOS, DEL, 2. Please comment and tell if it worked. The games are not coming in mirage os, but only in like a program. But you can’t play when its a program. so what to do??

i got mirageOS, but how do you get the games onto mirage? i draged a game in and put it in programs

@a544jh I went ahead and removed that hero file and abombrmn file and castlevaniati83p works now, but i still had plenty of ram available even with those two files, i don’t know if those was just causing issues with other files or what.

@madmax2069 Then it is maybe just a BASIC program, or a program for some other shell (“os”), or even a save file for some game. When running games like Castlevania make sure that you have enough free RAM by archiving all you games. If your problems continue I think it’s best to reset the whole calculator and upgrade the software if you haven’t already, and then putting all the games you want.

@a544jh so far i haven’t ran into any app not showing up that i have installed, i do have one file (named HERO) that does not show up in mirageOS (previous user probably installed something) but shows in the program list, but i have a few that wont run, they just blank the screen then go back into mirageOS, mainly castlevaniati83p (shows as ION Prog) and another named Abombrmn (shows as basic prog)

@madmax2069 Mirage OS runs all ION apps, the ION application is named A but I don’t remember if it was in apps or progs, you can just delete it since Mirage OS runs everything. If you have problems with games showing up, try deleting Mirage OS’ configuration file from AppVars.

@a544jh your voice is fine its just the lip smacking that is whats annoying. now i can understand if you have some sort of issue that makes you unable to correct it, but that’s usually not the case. but like i said before great tutorial it helped me out on my free TI-84 plus SE (old 128kb ram version). mine already had MirageOS and a few games installed, how can you tell if you have ION installed ? I think some games are not on MirageOS

Nice tutorial and all but you need to do something about your lip smacking issue when you talk, i found it quite hard to watch your tutorial because of how annoying lip smacking is.

@a544jh i opened mirage pressed prgms it said unhide programs then i pressed one it whrnt away i pressed enter to open up main folder and still nothing is there

@Mrimballin124 it means that you prss the 1 key (y) hide/unhide all your programs in mirage os. in mirage os you have to press enter to open the MAIN folder to see your games
